Natural, Handmade Moisturiser

For a few years I thought I had troubled skin – or I’d eaten too much chocolate! I didn’t realise I was having reactions to the ‘beauty’ products I was using to supposedly help the problem!
Then I researched and, using mix and match parts of many recipes online and lots of trial and error, I developed this fab natural, handmade moisturiser, it’s a rich and fluffy cream that soothes and protects my skin. I use it all over – even on my hair ends when they’re very dry – it restores suppleness, heals broken skin and calms rashes; honestly we’d be lost without it in my house!
So without further ado here’s the recipe:
Once you’ve given it a go play about with it, add your own flair and find what texture and scents you like best.
**However, wouldn’t recommend skipping the witch hazel or grapefruit seed oil as they are both anti fungals and will ensure your stored cream stays in tip top condition. Also you need the Aloe Vera as it acts as an emulsifying agent – that is it helps the oil and water to mix.**
Enjoy lovely!
